We send parcels via Packeta or Balíkovna. After sending, you will receive a tracking number for easy tracking of your parcel. Delivery time is usually between 2-5 business days. The shipping cost is calculated when ordering according to the selected delivery method.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. In case of damage during transport, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo of the shipment. Returns or exchanges do not apply to custom-made products.
